The Choir Loft in Rawlins is one of many organizations dealing with theft of services and illegal dumping at its property. The nonprofit organization accepts donations for those in need, but instead has been receiving people’s unwanted junk and garbage.

The Rawlins City Council on Tuesday granted the nonprofit a fee waiver at the municipal landfill, and said it’s looking into possible solutions for the businesses who find extra trash in their dumpsters. Cali O’Hare reports.
