In Rawlins, the city manager is hosting the second Q&A session with a city employee as part of his monthly “Behind the Scenes” series.
The series is meant to give residents an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns and share ideas with city officials and employees. Citizens still have time to submit questions to be answered by Code Enforcement Officer Brian Markut. Cali O’Hare has details.
