The Rawlins City Council is considering whether or not to approve a fee waiver for a street cut and patch performed on East Pine Street.

The item was brought before the governing body by a property owner earlier this month, but the city council opted to postpone any vote on the issue until its October 6th meeting.

If any fee waiver or reduction is approved, it would set a precedent for all future similar requests. Cali O’Hare reports.
