On Thursday evening the Carbon County School District One Board of Trustees turned down the options to purchase the first electric school bus in Wyoming.

Board members didn’t feel the investment was worth making, noting that the asset wouldn’t even be able to leave the City of Rawlins. Emma Diercks has the story.
