In Rawlins, city officials are putting together a brand new committee that will make recommendations to the governing body about the future development of parks and recreation within the community. The nine-member advisory group will include two youth members. Interested individuals who reside in Rawlins or within 15 miles of the corporal limits are encouraged to apply. Cali O’Hare has all the details.
