In Rawlins, city officials are putting together a brand new committee that will make recommendations to the governing body about the future development of parks and recreation within the community. The nine-member advisory group will include two youth members. Interested individuals who reside in Rawlins or within 15 miles of the corporal limits are encouraged to apply.
