In Rawlins, the restructuring of city departments continues under what is now an entirely new leadership team. The vacant building official position has been moved from Public Works to the Rawlins Fire Department. Cali O’Hare spoke with the City Manager and Fire Chief who agreed the switch is a “win-win.” Here’s her report.
