In Rawlins, the cost of the proposed splash pad for Depot Park rose again last week when city council asked to add another $55,000 to the project for a restroom. The request came during a special work session.

The restroom, if approved, and the pad itself, once awarded, won’t be installed until Spring 2021, at the earliest. Cali O’Hare has more.
