In Rawlins, as discussions about re-branding the municipality to better align with a new focus on economic development continue, some city officials are looking to the wind. Following a conversation at last week’s meeting, the governing body is scheduling a work session to explore options for incorporating decommissioned wind turbines at city entryways and even in an outdoor museum.
