The Rawlins City Council at a special meeting Wednesday suspended the Peppermill’s liquor license for a period of three months. Earlier this month, the municipality, which is the local licensing authority, received notice from the Department of Revenue that the bar owed more than a $100,000 in taxes. Cali O’Hare reports.
