In Rawlins, ground crews from the Green Spaces and Parks and Recreation Department are preparing for spring and summer seasons as best they can, given the unsettled weather. According to Director Jason Sehon, it’s all about timing. Turn on the irrigation systems too early and they’ll freeze; too late and the grass won’t green up in time. Cali O’Hare has details.
