The Rawlins Family Recreation Center is once again hosting its safe trick or treat event, giving kids a chance to show off their Halloween costumes while collecting candy indoors this weekend. Admission to the candy maze is free, but organizers are asking anyone who can to bring a non-perishable food item to donate. The donations will be given to the food bank at St. Vincent de Paul and used to provide meals in holiday baskets for area residents in need. Cali O’Hare has all the details.
