The Rawlins City Council has formally repealed Title 19, defaulting back to language in place prior to April 2020. The third and final reading to rescind the zoning code took place last week.

City staff and members of the Planning and Zoning Commission will begin drafting changes to the code, starting with the industrial area where there are numerous retail and commercial businesses. Cali O’Hare continues to follow this story and has the latest update.
