In Rawlins, Public Works Director Cody Dill says bringing the water pretreatment plant back online is a priority to ensure citizens have access to clean water while repairs to the infrastructure are underway. The pretreatment plant is decades old but has hardly ever been used. Cali O’Hare reports.
