The City of Rawlins is running on artesian well water as repairs ramp up on the 32-mile long steel pipeline that carries water from the springs south of town to the treatment plant, and then to the tap.

As Bigfoot 99 has reported, there are numerous failures within the city’s water infrastructure, but repairs to the valves and line that are hemorrhaging a million gallons of water a day remain the top priority. Cali O’Hare has the latest update.
