Keeping in line with the beautification directive identified in its strategic plan, Rawlins is planning major, but low-cost improvements to the landscaping surrounding City Hall. The public is invited to participate in the process. On Friday, people will have an opportunity to pick up some beautiful, well established Russian sage to plant in their own landscapes, and later in September residents can take part in a free, hands-on planting workshop at the site. Cali O’Hare has all the details.
