The Rawlins City Council will split this year’s Wyoming Community Gas funding between two projects. They bulk of the money will be set aside for a dog park to be created somewhere in the city.

A portion will be used to preserve and protect the mural at the 6th Street overpass that memorializes slain prison guard Corporal Wayne Martinez. O’Hare reports.
