In Rawlins, the rebuilds of Walnut and Edinburgh Streets will begin as soon as next month. Both were voted on by the citizens of Rawlins as the top priority projects to be completed using revenue generated by the one-percent specific purpose tax.

Cali O’Hare sat down with the city’s community development director to talk about the total rebuilds and filed this report.
