As the South Central Wyoming EMS Joint Powers Board prepares for their upcoming fiscal year budget, Chair John Rutherford reports the ambulance service is sitting well fiscally. Finding full-time employees continues to be an issue, but Rutherford feels progress can be made once the board can provide health insurance.
