Earlier this month the Saratoga Town Council agreed to reimburse the South Central Wyoming EMS Joint Powers Board about $55,000 for its ambulance barn expansion. The town allocated funds from its Sixth Penny Specific Purpose Tax for the project. Emma Diercks has more.
