The Saratoga Town Council is considering putting a cap on its building permit fees, which is currently based on the Uniform Building Code. They decided to review it after a request to reduce a $54,000 application fee for a critical access hospital that will soon be built on Bridge and 13th Streets. Emma Diercks reports.
