In Saratoga, a week after a Go Fund Me campaign started for one resident to bring possible litigation against the town over a building permit issued for a clinic now under construction, the matter was brought before the Saratoga Town Council.

The point of contention continues to be ambiguous language in an ordinance regarding parking spaces adjacent to the property in question. Emma Diercks has the story.
