The Saratoga Town Council has a rosy outlook on the year. Despite statewide projections of decreased revenues and widespread uncertainty about consumer because of the viral pandemic and resulting government restrictions, town council this week voted to increase increased the municipality’s budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
