  • During its regular meeting Tuesday, the City of Rawlins City Council unanimously adopted the final report from the Higley Boulevard Corridor Study. Which projects in the study will be tackled first and where the money will come from is all still to be determined.
  • The State of Wyoming, along with Colorado and Nebraska, are considering a 13 year extension of the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program, which was established in 2006. The plan and its possible impacts for local ranchers was discussed at a well-attended public meeting in Saratoga last night.
  • City of Rawlins employees and residents met Wednesday to brainstorm ways the community can best celebrate its upcoming 150th anniversary.
  • The Saratoga boys basketball team is sitting in a good spot as conference play is about to wrap up.
