County officials preparing for Nation’s departure

Carbon County officials say they won’t fill the vacancy left at the helm of the Road and Bridge Department with just anyone. Instead, they’re launching a search for the perfect fit.

Until they find the right person, commissioners are working on a plan to keep the department running smoothly. Cali O’Hare has the story.

CCSD2 schools see enrollment decrease

Enrollment numbers are down significantly at the schools in Saratoga. The decrease could affect the district as a whole. Emma Diercks reports.

 

 

County specific tax board members appointed

Both Rawlins City Council and county commissioners have appointed new representatives to serve on the county’s Specific Purpose Tax Joint Powers Board.
