Fair board gets approval for horse barn
Members of the fair board met again with county commissioners to discuss building a horse barn at the fairgrounds in Rawlins.
The two big questions: How does the horse barn fit into the master plan for the fairgrounds, and how could grant money offset the big price tag?
Ultimately, commissioners gave the fair board the OK to proceed on both the construction of the barn, and the submission of grants. Cali O’Hare reports.
