In Rawlins, preparations are underway to rebuild two of the city’s most notoriously neglected streets.

If you’ve driven past the Old Pen on Walnut Street, or along Edinburgh Street, you may have been jolted into the realization that they may be beyond repair.  The two streets are the source of complaints, but they are set to be repaired using monies from the 6th Penny Specific Purpose Tax. Cali O’Hare reports.
