The Rawlins Wastewater Processing Plant is getting big time repairs, but the flooded facility remains offline. Cali O’Hare has the latest on replacement parts – some still in the mail – and the $86,000 spent so far.

This story was updated on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 10:17 a.m. A previous version stated the employee on-call during the 2016 flood also failed to respond to the alarm. City officials report that employee responded timely to the 2016 alarm, but the facility was already flooded.
