In Saratoga, the water and sewer board last week discussed an agreement between the Platte Valley Healthcare Project and the Town of Saratoga. The agreement concerns an easement for utility services for the planned facility at 13th and Bridge Streets.
The board reviewed the document drafted by the town attorney and recommended clearer language in several parts of the contract. Emma Diercks has more.
