CCSD2 seeking new Saratoga principal

Carbon County School District Two is looking for a new Saratoga Middle High School principal following the resignation of the assistant principal.

The district hopes to have an individual hired by the end of February. Emma Diercks has the story.

Carbon County releases draft of new snow removal policy

The Carbon County Road and Bridge Department has released a draft copy of a new policy related to snow removal efforts and seasonal road closures. The document was presented to the Carbon County Commissioners during a meeting last week.

The public is invited to provide feedback on the policy before it’s adopted at the next commissioners meeting in February. Cali O’Hare reports.

Saratoga VFD continues progress on updating program

For the past month, the Saratoga Volunteer Fire Department has continued its fundraising efforts while also working toward other projects to enhance the safety of the firefighters and the community. Emma Diercks reports.
