A new mayor and vice mayor were appointed in Rawlins Tuesday night, following the swearing-in of the three councilors-elect. Terry Weickum was named the 30th Mayor of the City of Rawlins, and Councilwoman Jacquelin Wells will serve as Vice Mayor. Cali O’Hare was in attendance and filed this report.
