Earlier this month, the Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board considered a trio of funding requests, one of which was submitted by the Town of Sinclair for its historic Parco Sinclair Theatre.

Although the building’s interior was completed last fall, unanticipated costs delayed the refinishing of the exterior.
