In sports, the Wyoming Cowgirls are not seeing much action on the court this week. In between a few practices the players are hitting the books and taking their final exams.

Head Coach Heather Ezell is giving her team most of this week to get through the exams with some light practices on the schedule to give her players a break from the books and the final exams. The Cowgirls will head to Bozeman this weekend for a Sunday matchup with Montana State.

Wyoming defeated the Bobcats last year in Laramie. Montana State is 3-and-6 on the season after dropping a 59-53 matchup on the road at Saint Mary’s in California.

Wyoming is 5-2 against Montana State in a series that dates back to December 8, 2012. Wyoming won last year 67-59. Ezell does not expect an easy matchup.

The tip is set for noon on Sunday here on Bigfoot 99. The pregame show goes at 11:30.
