Rawlins residents and business owners living and working in the area to the east of the highway 287 bypass in Ward 2 are advised that that the planned street rebuilds will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29th.
STC Construction plans to squeeze in street rebuilds and mill and overlay projects before the snow flies. Cali O’Hare reports.
