The Missouri man who fired over two-dozen 45-caliber rounds at a Highway Patrol Trooper during a high speed chase down I-80 in February remains in jail on a $1 million cash only bond.

Jett Garriot Adams was scheduled to make an appearance in Carbon County Circuit Court yesterday for his preliminary hearing, but his attorney filed a motion to have it reset yet again. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
