In Rawlins, the city attorney is now officially in the loop when it comes to decision-making. Council last week unanimously adopted on third reading a resolution requiring all important documents and draft resolutions be reviewed by the city attorney for legal sufficiency before being introduced to the governing body. Cali O’Hare has the story.
