In Rawlins, the fire department has battled nearly a dozen blazes, most of which involved homes and other structures, since the start of the year. The figure puts Rawlins on track to have more fires in 2021 than the previous year. Cali O’Hare sat down with Fire Chief Schumacher and filed this report.
