Nearly three dozen streets in Rawlins will be overlaid using a 3/4-inch wear course this summer and fall. The several-hundred-thousand-dollar project is in addition to the numerous other streets projects Rawlins is juggling, including the recently awarded $1.4 million rebuild of Walnut. Cali O’Hare takes a look at the streets identified for the 2021 Street Rehab.
