In Saratoga, as construction continues at the North Platte Valley Medical Center, Rawlins native and Saratoga resident Rachal Blumenthal was recently named as Administrative Assistant to the Platte Valley Healthcare Project (PVHP) Board of Directors.

The PVHP board oversees the new medical center, the Platte Valley Clinic and the Saratoga Care Center – the latter two will be absorbed into the NPVMC when it opens.

According to a release, Blumenthal will have a broad range of responsibilities including coordinating the board’s activities and facilitating interaction between board members and the community. She will also assist CEO Jeff Mincy with administrative support at the Platte Valley Clinic and Saratoga Care Center.

Bluementhal had been working at the Bank of West in Saratoga prior to accepting the position with the medical center.
