The Carbon County Commissioners yesterday approved a special use permit for a propane storage facility south of the Saratoga town limits off Highway 130.

Commissioner Byron Barkhurst was the only “nay” vote citing his concerns about the aesthetics leading into the municipality. Emma Diercks has the story.
