County library system director resigns, Rawlins branch manager appointed interim

After more than five years with the Carbon County Library System, Executive Director Jacob Mickelsen has announced his resignation, effective January 3rd. Mickelsen saw the system and its eight branches through some choppy waters during his tenure. Cali O’Hare has more.
