All Rawlins City Council meetings now include a dedicated agenda item for department heads to provide regular, oral updates.

City Manager Shawn Metcalf requested the reports as a way to increase transparency and communication between city employees and the public.

The first of the reports were delivered last week. Cali O’Hare has the story.
