The Mullen Fire has spread significantly over the last two days, and was listed Friday morning at 127,503 acres. The potential of spread is considered high through the weekend.
Firefighters have started strategic burn operations along Wyoming 230 and Colorado 127 to stall the fire from advancing farther south. Emma Diercks has the latest.
