United States flags are at half-mast across the nation today in honor of former First lady Rosalynn Carter, who died November 19 at the age of 96.

Internment will take place on Wednesday, November 29.

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon ordered the flags to be lowered on Saturday in accordance with a proclamation from the White House.
