At a hearing in Circuit Court Tuesday morning, the Carbon County Attorney’s Office dismissed counts I, III, and IV against former Saratoga Police Sergeant Justin Brown in exchange for his guilty plea to count II, interference with a peace officer. Cali O’Hare reports.
