Big changes on the horizon following yesterday’s announcement that the Sinclair Oil Corporation and the Sinclair Transportation Company are being acquired by HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners.
The multi-billion dollar deal includes substantially all of Sinclair’s oil-related operations and assets. Cali O’Hare reports.
