The Carbon County Planning and Zoning Commission approved a minor subdivision on property just outside Saratoga town limits where the Platte Valley Healthcare Committee plan to build a critical access hospital.
The committee will go back before the commission next month for a zone change and conditional use permit. Emma Diercks reports.
