In Rawlins, the change orders keep coming as issues with ongoing and completed projects rise to the surface. The latest is less than $5,000 and is connected to the 2020 manhole project. The new public works director says he recently became aware of an overage resulting from city staff’s failure to verify the location of the sewer lines involved in the project. Cali O’Hare has more.
