In response to data provided by the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office utilizing the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services SAVE System, three registered voters in Carbon, Lincoln, and Teton Counties have now been removed from Wyoming’s Statewide Voter Registration System as identified non-citizens.
Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray previously sent notice to county clerks in the three identified counties notifying them of active voter records matching the individuals identified non-U.S. citizens.
Secretary of State Grey said safeguarding Wyoming elections against illegal voting has been a top priority of his administration.
The Secretary turned over the names and other information regarding three individuals identified in the data sweep to law enforcement for further legal action.
