Individuals who purchase lots and build in the new Octagon Estates Subdivision will be responsible for paying the fee to connect to Saratoga’s water and system.
The decision came on Friday when the Saratoga Town Council decided language in municipal code on new construction supersedes ordinances on water and sewer until amendments occur.
