The Youth Crisis Center in Rawlins has been closed for 13 weeks. The good news, it may reopen in as soon as two weeks. When it does, the facility will have a new name—Stepping Stones Youth Home. The new operators, Volunteers of America, updated the Carbon County Commissioners on Tuesday about their plans. Cali O’Hare has the latest update.
